Dive Deep into Experiential.. is a 9-days Training course, which consists of a residential part and an outdoor expedition.  It is funded by Erasmus+ programme under the KA1 Mobility of youth workers project. It involves youth workers from Czech republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

The main goal is to create a learning opportunity in using experiential education methodology and in particular working with outdoor activities. The training course will contribute to the development of professional skills and competencies of the youth workers in the sphere of non-formal education and experiential learning.

Training structure

The training will be based on experiential education methodology and will consist of 3 learning parts:

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

...where you will learn about the others in the group and practice technical skills together, plan and execute an expedition

METHODS & TECHNIQUES

...where we will focus on common models, used in experiential education, dive deep in group dynamics, program planning and facilitation, and reflection techniques.

DEEPENING OF OWN LEARNING

...where you will get a chance to actively lead your own activities and you will receive the feedback.
